Ostras: Irish Native Oyster rocoto tiger with pickled cucumber, green apple and black tobiko

The month of February got just a little bit sweeter at Dubai’s leading Peruvian dining destination as COYA Dubai offers a specially concocted strawberry and mint pisco sour to complement beautifully presented oysters. Those looking for a tastefully added flair this Valentine’s Day, COYA Dubai offers a special something for one day only. For the 14th of February, the outlet’s popular Ganache de caramelo (Caramel ganache) is paired with two light and refreshing strawberry and mint pisco sours for AED 142. Those opting for something with less of a kick can try the same package with a refreshing virgin Chicha Morada (which consists of purple corn, cloves, pineapple, cinnamon, apple and all spice berries) alternative for AED 98.

Opening on the 16thof December 2014 in the Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach, COYA Dubai is a sister property of the famous Zuma and La Petite Maison in DIFC. Spanning over 189 seats in the restaurant and 40 seats in the terrace, COYA Dubai serves contemporary Peruvian cuisine and is home to a colourful Pisco Lounge, extensive wine showcase corridor and stunning Members’ Club in bespoke furnishings. It’s unique, multi-dimensional dining experience with Latin American flair won COYA Dubai two awards in their first year of operations with the highly coveted titles ‘Best Newcomer of the Year’ at the What’s On Dubai Awards and the “Best Restaurant of the Year’ at the ProChef Middle East Awards.
