Hilton Al Ain announces the re-opening of Flavours, its main restaurant, to cater to the growing number of visitors to Al Ain as well as to offer a new dining experience for its regular guests, expats, local residents and all who are seeking finest dining venue.
The restaurant was renovated and now features an enhanced décor in a contemporary Arabic setting with bright and vibrant colors highlighted by authentic ornaments and patterns reflecting both traditional and modern elements.
The interior offers a relaxing atmosphere, with private dining area for groups and families up to ten people. The restaurant has an open dining hall and an outdoor terrace with cocktail bar. Guests who prefer sitting on the terrace will enjoy the serene views of the pool and gardens, while the VIP guests can request personalized service and enjoy different tastes of shisha.
The restaurant menu has been created by Executive Chef Inan Dogru from Turkey who brings with him a wealth of culinary experience to delight every diner’s taste buds. A rich selection of food is presented every night during the theme nights’ buffet with live cooking stations. Seafood Night is offered on Monday; Italian Night on Tuesday; Asian Night on Wednesday; Arabic Night on Thursday and Turkish night every Friday. Brunch is also offered on Fridays. Besides wide variety of the buffet, the guests can enjoy lunch or dinner a la carte, representing signature dishes from different countries as well as a selection of healthy smoothies from the bar. Flavours is a culinary escape through all the senses filled with colors and scents to welcome all guests for any occasion.

The renovation of Flavours restaurant is a part of the hotel’s capital refurbishment plan which will be realized in stages and will include other areas of the hotel such gym, pool, pool bar, lobby and Atrium wing guest rooms with executive floor.
