Following the opening of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi at the Emirates Palace, Hakkasan was introduced to Dubai at Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Doha at St. Regis Doha.

Since its openings, Hakkasan has gathered over 25 awards collectively and continues to be a popular dining experience for residents and visitors alike, setting the bar high in the Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha culinary scenes.

Hakkasan champions a unique approach to Cantonese cuisine with a food philosophy that aims to tell the China's story through reviving and modernising old recipes. The teams strive to create distinctive dishes that are innovative in approach and underpinned by authenticity rather than traditionalism.

Harmony is the key to everything Hakkasan does and the menu is constantly reviewed to ensure the perfect balance of freshness and flavour. There is a great emphasis on working with good quality ingredients, cooking and plating them in a way that enhances the various flavours, colours and textures to let them shine on the plate.

Although Hakkasan is an internationally distinguished brand, it understands the importance of catering to the region and reflecting local market requirements. Aside from Hakkasan’s classic signature dishes, each restaurant has its dishes created especially for that outlet.

Among these dishes are Peking duck with Royal Beluga caviar, Hakka steamed dim sum platter, crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nut and shallot.

Main courses are Peking duck with Beluga Caviar, stir-fried rib eye beef with black pepper sauce, tofu, aubergine and shiitake mushroom claypot in chilli black bean sauce and Hakka hand-pulled noodles
