Hakkasan is a name synonymous with fine dining and outstanding cuisine; a reputation built on the expert service and a hint of glamour without being fussy.
Following the opening of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi at the Emirates Palace, Hakkasan was introduced to Dubai at Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Doha at St. Regis Doha.

Although Hakkasan is an internationally distinguished brand, it understands the importance of catering to the region and reflecting local market requirements. Aside from Hakkasan’s classic signature dishes, each restaurant has its dishes created especially for that outlet.
Among these dishes are Peking duck with Royal Beluga caviar, Hakka steamed dim sum platter, crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nut and shallot.
Main courses are Peking duck with Beluga Caviar, stir-fried rib eye beef with black pepper sauce, tofu, aubergine and shiitake mushroom claypot in chilli black bean sauce and Hakka hand-pulled noodles
Hakkasan arrived in Abu Dhabi Opening in June of 2010, bringing its award-winning cuisine to the landmark Emirates Palace. Comprising a restaurant, bar and lounge as well as four private dining rooms, the 16,000-square-foot restaurant is subdivided by carved wooden screens and latticing that echo the rich interiors of its London flagship restaurant.
Peking duck with caviar and Grilled Wagyu beef with king soy sauce -- Signature Hakkasan dishes -- are served along with a set of new dishes created especially for an Emirate clientele. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Lee Kok Hua, who was previously at Hakkasan Hanway Place, where he worked under Executive Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee for five years.
Guests have a choice of two entrances by which to arrive at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, either via the main lobby entrance or its own private entrance. Both choices have a complimentary valet parking service.
In Dubai, Hakkasan opened in November 2011. The Boulevard at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers has an 88-seat terrace which highlights rustic wooden pavilions, exotic greenery and the restaurant chain's signature oak lattice.
The restaurant can seat an additional 152 guests, including at the Ling Ling Lounge.
In addition to Hakkasan signature dishes and those created especially for an Emirate clientele, guests can also enjoy an extensive selection of exclusive and special import beverages with world-class cigars.
Hakkasan Dubai is on the ground floor of the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Boulevard, a private entrance is located just next to the Cartier showroom. Complimentary valet parking is available to all guests either at the hotel entrance or at the private entrance.
January 2013 it was when Hakkasan Doha opened. Set in the gardens of the St Regis Hotel, the restaurant features two private dining rooms, as well as a Ling Ling Lounge.
Exclusive services, such as private valet parking, complement the award-winning dining experience. Hakkasan signature dishes as well as those created specifically for the Doha location are available, such as the Stir-fried duck with wing bean and Shanghai fried lamb tenderloin.
Set in the scenic grounds of the St Regis Doha, Hakkasan Doha is accessible via its trademark private entrance, which feature valet parking.
