Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has recently opened its doors, ready to engage with guests and staff alike. The resort recruited a total of 290 members of staff from 67 different countries to enhance the overall guest experience on the premises.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai set its talent acquisition strategy based on the core values of the brand, hiring passionate talents who are humble, caring, charitable and can inspire people with the brand values. Fifty percent of the staff at the resort are millennial and around 80 percent are Generation-Y hired from around the globe with a balanced ratio on seasoned professionals and fresh hospitality talents.
General Manager Alexander Schneider says, “We are a very multi-cultural and diversified talent base focusing on making our guests experience one-of-a-kind. At Nikki Beach we like to be unique and offer guests services that are rarely found elsewhere. We are the first Nikki Beach resort with a beach club on its premises launched in the region, offering guests the option of choosing between a vibrant beach club atmosphere with amazing parties, music and dining options as well as relaxing in the tranquillity of a beachfront or a more private garden villa with special features to suit preferences of our GCC guests and families.”
Mr. Schneider observed a common pattern within the hospitality market where hotels follow a ‘one size fits all’ trend. Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Dubai’s vision is to understand each guest and provide the exact experience that he / she seeks and believes that this approach is the “future of hospitality”.

The 132 - keys resort comprising 117 rooms and suites, 15 villas and 63 residences is a place where guests can enjoy live entertainment, appetizing food and beverage offerings and stylish events. The 52,000-square-meter property features four pools and private cabanas with plunge pools, in addition to the 450-meter-long beach accessible to resort guests as well as day visitors. Leisure and relaxation facilities include the tranquil Nikki Spa and Tone Gym.
Mr. Schneider adds, “The new resort focuses on two main messages - our cutting edge-architecture and design with the brand’s signature modern, all white décor and stylish ambiance, and the second our hospitality services and guest interaction, be it a relaxing Spa treatment or a high-powered entertainment ambiance at Nikki Beach Dubai”.
